Charika Labs is an AI research lab that builds working systems at the intersection of specialist human knowledge and modern machine intelligence. Our work begins with experts — a Jyotishi's 40-year interpretive methodology, a surgeon's approach to the anxious patient — and asks what it takes to structure that knowledge for AI.

We build, document, and publish. The problems are old. The tools are new.
